Hi! I’m Mark and I have been coaching since 2017. In 2019 I started a coaching service called FBSC.
I offer highly customized programming in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting & Crossfit.
Additionally I specialized in „Pain Free Performance“ training, to help people manage injuries & joint pain in their sport.
Meanwhile I’m coaching athletes remotely in multiple countries throughout europe and 1 on 1 in belgium.
My mission is to empower people to live up their physical & mental potential through fitness, I love to build meaningful relationships with people and my vision is to create a community of like minded people all around the globe.
Communication is my most valuable asset when working together with athletes.

Powerlifting

Olympic Weightlifting
Poetry in motion. Even in Crossfit my main focus has always been Olmpic Weightlifting. I help crossfitters & weightlifters to increase their snatch and clean & jerk so they can perform on the platform, in the box or on the competition floor.
Nutrition
In my individual pro offer you can get additional nutrition coaching to support your training. We can adjust your nutrition for cut, bulk, performance in training and on the competition floor and if necessary plan a weight cut to make weight on meet day.
Pain Management
Thanks to continuing education and multiple seminars I am able to help my clients manage pain better and in many cases get rid off it altogether. Pain is complex and can be very frustrating. After a full analysis I take a systematic approach to help my clients to manage their pain better.
Mindset
Your mind is a powerful weapon. In 11 years as a social worker I have developed social skills that help me coach my athletes even better. I teach them how to adapt a growth mindset & give them the tools to change the way they respond to situations and events in competition, training but also life in general.
WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
Was FBSC von anderen unterscheidet, ist der personalisierte Ansatz. Mark hat sich die Zeit genommen, zu verstehen, welche Erwartungen ich habe und welche Ziele ich verfolgen möchte. Statt eines 0815-Standard-Plans habe ich einen Trainingplan erhalten, der perfekt auf meine Stärken und Schwächen angepasst ist. Vom ersten Moment hatte ich den Eindruck, die nötige Unterstützung zu erhalten, um meine Ziele auch wirklich zu erreichen.
Jeder Trainingstag wird übersichtlich in einer App angezeigt, inklusive Tutorials, Tipps und Hinweisen zur richtigen Ausführung. Regelmäßig erhält man Feedback zu seinem Training, was man ändern bzw. verbessern kann, aber auch, was gerade gut läuft. Abgesehen davon steht Mark immer zur Verfügung, um Fragen jeglicher Art zu beantworten, zusätzliche Informationen zu geben oder auch um Mut zu machen, wenn man es gerade benötigt.
Auf Schmerzen, Verletzungen oder sonstige Wehwechen wird sofort reagiert und das Training angepasst, um den Körper zu stärken und ihn schmerzfrei zu machen.
Hätte man mir vor einigen Monaten erzählt, dass ich innerhalb so kurzer Zeit solch große Fortschritte machen würde, hätte ich ihm wahrscheinlich nicht geglaubt. Kurz gesagt: Meine Erwartungen wurden nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen.
Mark hat auch keine Sekunde gezögert mich von Belgien aus bis in die Schweiz online zu coachen.
Les programmes créés par FBSC sont individualisés et, par conséquent, extrêmement efficaces. Tout est pris en compte: nos objectifs, nos douleurs, nos lacunes, nos forces, nos préférences,…
Les programmes sont très travaillés et réfléchis. Ils ciblent de manière précise les objectifs que l’on se fixe.
Depuis que je suis chez FBSC, j’ai énormément évolué autant sur le plan physique que mental. Lorsque j’ai commencé, je n’imaginais pas une seule seconde atteindre les performances que je réalise aujourd’hui. Je ne pouvais qu’en rêver.
Aujourd’hui je pense différemment. J’ai atteint des sommets que je pensais hors de portée. Maintenant je sais qu’il y a encore énormément de boulot a fournir pour devenir la personne que je désirerais être et je vais bosser très dur avec FBSC pour y arriver.
Mark est un coach exceptionnel qui se forme et s’informe continuellement, et ce avec une passion et un engagement admirable. C’est la raison principale pour laquelle je place une confiance aveugle en lui. À mes yeux, rien n’a plus de valeur que le savoir et la recherche de l’information correcte en ce qui concerne le milieu du sport. Mark est l’exemple parfait, car il cherche constamment à étendre son savoir de la manière la plus précise possible et à le transmettre.
Je n’exprime aucun regret et je continuerai de bosser avec FBSC pendant de longues années, car mes attentes ont été dépassées et avec l’aide de FBSC, mes objectifs seront atteints avec certitude.

How many weeks of programming do I get
I usually write 2-4 weeks of training depending on the athletes schedule, block length & goals.
Competitive athletes often get assigned full blocks and adjustments are being made on a weekly or even daily basis if needed
How does communication with my coach look like?
When can I expect to get feedback on my training
Every monday & tuesday I review my clients lifts & training log and give feedback, so you can expect feedback almost weekly. If you need a feedback on a lift instantly, you can always send me your lift on Whatsapp and if I’m available I’ll be happy to give you feedback right away.
What platform are you using to provide training?
I use the TRUECOACH APP.
In some cases I use Google sheets to run analysis & calculations in the background though.
How do I know what to do in my program?
You’ll get a training program with all the details and demo videos you need, so you know what to do and how to execute the exercises.
