Please be aware that FBSC.TRAINING does not refund any fees for programs or training plans. Your purchase will be binding.

I hereby declare, that I am in an appropriate physical condition to participate in a training program or workout given the known parameters of the physical challenge (such as the length, time, physical demands and environmental context). It is recommended to consult a doctor before participating to any vigorous sports activity.

I understand that training with FBSC.TRAINING includes a permission to use photography and film of the program activities for promotional purposes without payment to me or any other form of compensation. I understand that these images might be posted through social media.

I acknowledge that there are risks involved.  I fully realise the dangers of completing the given exercises and fully assume the risks associated with it.  I understand and acknowledge that FBSC.TRAINING provide no warranties, regarding my wellbeing and safety.

ALLGEMEINE GESCHAEFTSBEDINGUNGEN FBSC.TRAINING

Jeder Kauf bei FBSC.TRAINING ist bindend. Eine Rückerstattung ist nach dem Kauf eines Trainingsprogramm nicht mehr möglich.

Ich erkläre hiermit, dass ich in einem angemessenen körperlichen Zustand bin um an einem Trainingsprogramm oder Workout teil zu nehmen und bin mir der körperlichen Belastung bewusst, die auf mich zukommt. Es wird angeraten, einen Arzt zu konsultieren, bevor an einer stark belastenden sportlichen Tätigkeit teilgenomment wird.

Ich bin mir bewusst, dass FBSC.TRAINING sich das Recht vorbehält Video- oder Fotomaterial für Werbezwecke ohne Entgelt zu verwenden. Ich bin mir auch bewusst, dass diese Bilder auch auf den sozial Netzwerken benutzt werden können.

Ich bin mir bewusst, dass gewisse Risiken bestehen. Ich bin mir auch der Konsequenzen bewusst, die folgen können, wenn ich verschiedene Uebungen ausführe. Ich erkenne hiermit an , dass FBSC.TRAINING keine Garantie über mein Wohlbefinden übernimmt
