Powerlifting

Ich bin jetzt seit fast 9 Monaten bei FBSC. Angefangen habe ich mit FBSC BUILT Powerbuilding. Seit 4 Monaten bin ich nun auf INDIVIDUAL umgestiegen. In dieser Zeit konnte ich meine Lifts und mein Powerlifting Total erheblich steigern.
Das Training ist stets fordernd, aber der Spaß wird definitiv nicht vernachlässigt und ist immer vorhanden. Auf Probleme wird immer flexibel reagiert, um diese zu lösen. Durch die App ist das Training immer übersichtlich dargestellt. Falls man eine Übung nicht kennen sollte, sind immer Videos hinterlegt. Hochwertiges Feedback zum Training ist selbstverständlich und man erhält dieses stets innerhalb kurzer Zeit.
Meine Erwartungen an FBSC wurden im vollen Umfang erfüllt und ich kann es jedem nur erfüllen, der seine Trainingsfortschritte auf das nächste Level bringen will.

FAQ

How many weeks of programming do I get

I usually write 2-4 weeks of training depending on the athletes schedule, block length & goals.

Competitive athletes often get assigned full blocks and adjustments are being made on a weekly or even daily basis if needed

How does communication with my coach look like?

 Whatsapp messages and/or calls in function of coaching form you chose. I adapt to the communication form you like most.

When can I expect to get feedback on my training

Every monday & tuesday I review my clients lifts & training log and give feedback, so you can expect feedback almost weekly. If you need a feedback on a lift instantly, you can always send me your lift on Whatsapp and if I’m available I’ll be happy to give you feedback right away.

What platform are you using to provide training?

I use the TRUECOACH APP.

In some cases I use Google sheets to run analysis & calculations in the background though.

How do I know what to do in my program?

You’ll get a training program with all the details and demo videos you need, so you know what to do and how to execute the exercises.
